Team Satisfaction&Engagement in 2021
At HappyPorch we care about our Team members - their happiness, engagement and satisfaction at work.
We often have these topics on the menu of our Team discussions on meetups or on Team calls.
A few years a go we started measuring this by creating a "Happiness&Engagement survey at HappyPorch".
The results of this survey that reflect 2021 are the following:
On a scale from 1 to 5 we answered how happy we are at work:
Happy to say that we only got responses with a 4 and 5 which implies that the Team members are quite happy at work, of course with space for a constant improvement.
The result about feeling challenged and stretched at work shows that we are doing well in that area:
We are often in a phase of trying new ways and structures of challenging and personal development and we believe we will only get better in this area.
For the work- life balance category, the majority of the Team members responded with a 4. We will definitely regularly work on options to improve here and to have all the responses with a minimum 4 in our future surveys.
On the topic do we feel that we are paid fairly for our work the responses improved since our last survey:
We also have an active Working Group that helps us improve results in this area.
The responses for the question if we have all the needed resources in order to do our work effectively, the majority answered positively:
100% of the Team responded with a positive answer for:
- being part of the company allows the Team members to improve their mental and physical well-being
- being comfortable with sharing opinions at work
- feeling valued at work
- referring someone to work here
